i like the man fu yuan dim sum at the intercontinental hotel overall, but i'm a frequent visitor for just one reason: their egg yolk bun!! after their recent renovation, the waiter told me the bun is even better now. its sooo rich and creamy. mmmm.... oh, and its not listed on their menu so you'll have to ask.
i think they have weekend buffets but i prefer the ala carte menu... gotta save room for my egg yolk buns.
